Dedicated to creating inclusive, imaginative productions that inspire connection and confidence in all performers. Noël is experienced in directing youth productions, building supportive ensembles, and cultivating spaces for growth, creativity, and belonging.

After performing professionally Off-Broadway and regionally, Noël relocated from NYC back to her hometown in Massachusetts and found her passion in teaching and directing. She absolutely loves watching her students (and performers of all ages) grow through theater experiences and seeing their confidence expand on—and off—stage.
